App description
Sprintcrowd is for everyone who wants to either take up running, or want to add a new dimension to their running experience.Run for fun or create your own personal race and invite friends for a challenge. You are also welcome to join in some of the many public races.
Run with people from all over the world and alongside famous runners and coaches such as Mustafa “Musse” Mohamed, Swedish marathon record holder.
On the screen you’ll be able to see the other participants as avatars running on the race track. The leader board shows yours and the other runners position, pace, distance plus how far ahead or behind they are in real-time.
You will be informed when you or another runner is approaching or passing each other. Receive this information as voice narrations in your headphones, even when running with music. This allows you to have the phone in your pocket and enjoy listening while running.
When the running distance is close between you and a friend you will be voice connected so you can talk to each other. If you or your friend speed up or slow down you will be disconnected, just like running together in reality. Of course this function can be disabled by clicking the mute button on the screen.

Can't open it. Never ending update cycle. I managed to get the update by uninstalling, rebooting my phone, installing, opening, clicking on update within the app, uninstalling again, installing. Then, I got an update button in Google play. Hope that helps.
Nice idea but far too many bugs at the moment. App freezes when trying to invite friends in the sprint sub menu. And can't add friends at all in the normal friends tab to name the two biggest show stoppers for me.
A really interesting app. Didn't think I'd be speaking with friends while running, but surprisingly I had a blast. Looking forward to see this grow.
Very good app. I've ran with my friends. Good for our health.
Love the fact that i can create mini runs with my friends and the voice feature is also a nice touch. Being able to run along with some of the professionals of the athletic world while hearing tips from them is also something i helpful, engaging and fun!
