Been using this app almost every day since 2018 and while back then I'd rate it 5*, I can't help but feel (like pretty much every app eventually) it has become bloated with features that are unnecessary to me. Maybe have an option to customise what services are shown? Also, not sure whether it's a bug in a recent update but the live updates have been very unreliable in the last few weeks. If anything, I use this app just for walk directions, journey time estimate and to see the cheapest option.

This app is great! Clever design. Accurate. Clearly well thought through and executed. Love features like displaying the price, showing best area to sit and an alarm when you have to get off. I would love an estimated time of arrival though. Or a feature that would allow to take into account that I combine a bicycle with public transport. Best app on my phone though. For sure.

Times shown on this app seem to have gotten.progressi ely worse over the last 2-3 years. e.g. this morning I was travelling to Teddington from Hatton Cross, the app indicated 12, then 11, then 10 minutes. All seemingly good. Then went back.to 12, then changed to show arrival time of 0821. I arrived at 0748 and could easily have taken the 285 which arrives regularly had the times displayed been accurate. Instead based on the displayed time initially. I waited. and waited. Please sort this out.

Amazing app. Have used this app for almost 5 years for travel in London regularly also Paris and New York. Works everything out for you. I've never felt lost or worried in a foreign city as Citymapper makes you feel like a local. No problems getting from A to B ever. Recommended to all my friends. Got feedback it was very helpful for a friend who's dyslexic and said they would never go to london now without the app.

I don't understand why the app doesn't use the most direct bus even though I pick 2 stops that run along the same bus route. There's no way to custom build a route either? Let us choose buses or trains. I keep adjusting my arrival times but that 1 direct bus never shows up. Another website shows the easiest route but doesnt provide tracking. This app seems to have tracking, but pulls apps from Google which are inefficient. There's a reason users are looking for alternatives.

Love the accuracy especially wrt subway. I've also enjoyed the feature of which section of the trains to board to get out of stations quickly. One area of improvement would be to make biking paths better, Google maps does well in taking roads with bike lanes, whereas citymapper is not smart enough yet.

Inconsistent, incoherent, confusing or even misleading. Cityapper want to compete with Google, but really can't. Google is bad, but not as bad as city mapper. Horrible planning, waste of precious time and sometime will get you lost because , it decides to change the address, or simply get you lost by giving incoherent and constantly changing information. Not reliable. The only thing good with city mapper at the moment is the pass. The planning is utter rubbish.

Disappointed. I use it to cycle and the route doesn't get automatically updated if I change the way when cycling. Also, why can't I use kilometers instead of miles? We should be able to change it. Another thing is that it doesn't show your current speed on the bike. Google Maps is far superior.

Singapore user, been using this for years and it's absolutely amazing. Tells me the various ways to get from point A to B, with GPS tracking. Also includes the waiting time for buses.

I love this app and use it every time I go to a metro area with a public transportation system. It works in Paris, in NYC, and many other places. This is a must have if you are traveling to such a place.

Makes navigating a new city incredibly easy, with step-by-step directions and real-time alerts. Will definitely make use of this app as we travel.

The fact that this app used to work absolutely fine for years then force me to delete and reinstall to work again is ridiculous. 2 stars for wasting my time.
