Live tracking never worked. Which might have made up for the terribleness of their ability to stay even remotely on schedule. Red line with a person narrating was decent, but avoid the yellow line. This one only has a recorded message and it never indicates where to look left or right for whatever sight they are describing. Sometimes the recording gives the street address, but we all know how beneficial that can be. We had a group of 18 and that many unsatisfied customers on day 2.

Needs improvement on its Map section. Google Maps is already integrated so why don't this one has a search function?! It would be easier for those using this app to be able to search their hotel/home address or zip code in and see directions to the closest Big Bus. I ended up switching between Google Maps and this app just to be able to do so.

Very useful to see where every bus is an what one has a live tour guide on. The guide was very funny and enjoyed what he was doing. Made the experience even better. The red route we went on differs to the app because of road closures, would have been nice if the app could be updated to reflect temporary changes.

The app collects and send personal data to the big bus company. The purpose of the app do not justify the access it requires to run. Like others have written. You can't trust the locations of the busses. In short. The app only serve one purpose. Spying on the user and collecting data which the big bus company can sell to third parties.

We used this app while on the San Francisco tour and it worked well. There doesn't seem to be a way to refresh the map to see the most current location if the busses, but if you back out to the list and then hit the map button again, that seemed to work.

The bus times all saw "null" so what is the point of a time schedule? The bus icons remain stationary for an extended amount of time. We waited way over 30 mins per stop and wasted our day touring at bus stops. Sydney's Big Bus Tour isn't worth your time!!! Add more buses to decrease wait times.

The app let us know that a race was causing detours and closures of stops. If that had been accurate or mostly accurate, it would have been okay. Had to walk over a block and get in front of the bus to get my group on the bus because they missed our stop, I used app to report issues first thing (waiting over 40 min at stop and then bus skipping it) but it took 2hours to hear back. Not impressed only about half the busses had guides and only 2 or 3 of those were pleasant.

The info in the app was useful so the intentions where fine. I used the routes view a lot. Unfortunately the browser view blocked cookies so the payment couldn't be done from inside the app. Also I just uninstalled the app because a "how would you rate Big Bus" popup suddenly openen the app in the middle of me using another app which is terrible behavior.

My review is based on the Singapore section of this app. - an option for buying tickets in local currency - buying tickets in major currencies (USD & GBP) is very useful - clicking on a bus stop & then Google maps automatically taking you to the stop would be very useful - nearest bus stop information isn't very accurate - real time bus information is also lacking

Fails to find my location on map (permissions provided; using Samsung S7), stop locations on map don't provide address but using address reported in stop list is not correct when plugged into Google (e.g. 211 Richardson stop 12 in SF), no pictures provided to confirm pick up locations (and no signs at physical locations either). No geo location of buses to confirm where they are and how long to wait (and they don't run to a reliable schedule) so half the "tour" was spent waiting for the bus.

Extremely difficult to use successfully on a Google phone. The map is impossible to use. The contact texting function is nowhere to be seen when you are trying to communicate with the owner of the company/assistance and the email link does not work. This is a disaster and should not be allowed on the Google play store.

Tour was good but the app is entirely useless. We bought in store and there's no way to add the ticket to the app. Location doesn't work. We had service interruption due to a demo in Vienna and there was no notice, just some cancelled stops and a walk.

Everything about this tour is horrible. They have tour busses with images painted on the windows so you can't see the objects being described. The sound of the guide is horribly distorted by the terrible sound system and the wind blowing over his cheap mic. I really want to jump off the bus and Uber to the airport but they have my luggage. I would rather have teeth extracted while someone burns my money before ever doing one of these miserable tours again.

This app is sucks!!! I'm using it to plan my trip, it's said that only orange/yellow bus going to baker street, but when I hopped on from baker st., turns out it was red bus and it ruined all of my plan! We also can't check bus position live, even though it's said we can, the button just doesn't work

Service times (reported) may be incorrect. "real time" bus tracking - doesn't work. App is heavy (48MB) Lots of adverising. wanta to start sending you PUSH notifications straight up. Save yourself the bother of downloading.
