I love this game!!! But the only thing i not cool with some time the game freezes up and you forced to quit the game and you lose your coins. You don't have the options where you can and save your coins from being takeing way from you. You can not Contact customer care at all when this happening. Other then that I love it

Great in the beginning, then becomes pay to play, the buy ins on the good games get too expensive. I went 30 levels in 2 days and now the cheapest game to get star cards cost 20k to play, at 300 free coins per 4 hours and 600 coins in a spin per day if lucky, it will take 2 weeks of saving coins to possibly win a game with 4-5 star cards unless of course you pay to play.

In my experience, the worst thing you can do is give this game ANY money. The more you have, the more expensive it is to play. I haven't been able to touch either of the 2 games I like most for a couple of weeks because I refuse to give this game another $20. Didn't think it could get worse but I randomly received a survey about locked games, bugs, times it took my money, etc. I actually answered positively. Since then, I e experienced all 3. Used to be my favorite game.

I like this game with the many options of game play. The only thing I would suggest is the option to play without nil bids. This would make people play their hand instead of throwing away books to get 100 points. It's frustrating to have a decent hand then you have to try throwing away books so you can catch someone who bid nil, but has about 2 or 3 books.

Update....customer service is improving...fingers crossed. Hope to see it continue. HORRIBLE Customer service. Save yourself and try any other spade game. You build friends to get bonus's and 97% of the time you are unable to collect them. I have worked in gaming for 20 years and this one is like a shiny new car, looks great but falls apart the second you start using it.

The Game is fun but serious glitches and poor customer service. I paid for coins in the game. I joined a 100k table and the game froze and took a 100k from me without even being able to play. When I made a complaint to get it fixed they completely ignored me. There customer service is bad. I would change rating if they serviced customers.

ever since the latest upgrade the game crashes every time I try to watch a video to get extra coins. Also It seems as if games are rigged to the house... the odds of pulling as many bad hands in a row and yet being just good enough to deny a nil play are unrealistic, and also the illusion of real live game play is just not working for me, just admit everyone but me is a computer and be done with it.

Why can progress only be saved via Facebook? Not everyone has social media and it's unfair to those of us who doesn't. We should be able to save our game progress through our google account. I just got a new phone and because I don't have Facebook I have to start all the way over. I was on level 120. This is bogus af & totally not even worth it 👋🏽👋🏽

You will never get ahead in this game. If you spend real money once, the price for the same amount of coins on a second purchase goes up. Did you really think that people would not notice? It's idotic. Give it a zero and unistall. If it was fair it would be great. If you pay, you will win very little until you have to pay again. You guys suck

The cost of game play doesn't compare to the free coins. Free coins are 600-800 every 4 hours. There are tables at 250, 500, and 1000 but you get stuck with more bots in those tables. Bots don't bid their hands correctly, then they turn around and trump your winning cards on the table with other cards in their hands. Any winning streak gets doubled in a losing streak immediately after. Many broken links with additional "free coins", no bonus for updating the app. Also need high speed internet.

I am like obsessed with this game, there are alot of quick pop-ups at first but compared to other games ive played that are similiar they,re nothing. I recommend this game to anyone and everyone!! Honestly this and flowfree (ocassionally) are the best!!!! ONLY downside is, I Just wish they offered ads you could watch when u run out of coins, as opposed to having to buy them.

I used to love this game i still play it often but not as much as i used to. My only thing is that they took the slots out which gave you a chance to earn extra coins when you didn't want to purchase them for a fee. I thought it was due to covid like everything else but nope,now they have it where you earn cards to add up to winning free coins and that's only 1500 coins at the most to bet with. smh I really liked the slot part it was like when your done beating people you go to the casino..smh

Too many glitches. When you lose a game you lose your whole buy in, when you win a game you only get your buy in plus half instead of doubling up. If you spend money on coins, you will lose every one of them due to lag and glitches and crashes. Game is trash. Customer support is trash.

There customer service sucks. I belive it is an automated service they use to reply to your emails. I have sent 3 emails about the game not giving me the wild cards and aces from completing missions every answer back is the same one even after you tell them it didn't work to what they told you to do. I won't spend anymore money on this app as a result, besides the fact the game has crashed several times while in a hand and it takes your coins that is not fair. Rate it a 0

Pretty annoying when the app loads there's like 10 ads to buy coins and cards. Also annoying playing with these random bots. Seems almost everytime if I don't have the A the character to the left does lol. The prices are to high if you ask me and there isn't alot of coins given free. And some other the times the game gets me with watching a Ad then not giving me the coins. Seemed at first I was given great hands then it stopped but other than that it's fun
