I love Asos lol, seriously though it has become the only place I buy anything from. Prices are brilliant & I have the delivery pass which has been the best purchase so far. I permanently have a running saved list so the moment a '20%' off code pops up which happens at least once a week , I just throw everything into my basket & it's with me the next day. Cannot fault it, even if something is wrong the customer service is fab & there is never an issue with refunds. Spot on !
The app is great for the most part, real easy to use and navigate. Great prices on their sales as well. My only issue is the 'premier delivery', my last 4 orders have all arrived at least 2 days after the day they should have arrived, isn't the biggest deal in the world but when you pay for next day delivery, you expect next day delivery. Things can happen that may halt the delivery, understandable, but it's becoming far too common now. Also, why on earth do you insist on using Hermes?
App is so easy to use. My experience with asos has always been positive. Fast delivery and returns are so easy also. Only thing is, I wish they would do a quick add to basket option with a scroll down on sizes, rather than having to click on the item to see what sizes are available to purchase.
Ordered a few items from here now and I love them all. When ever shopping online I end up on here because I know that's where I will find an abundance of clothing I actually want. The quality always seems to be really good too.
Website very easy to use and love the photos and videos of the clothing. Very clear to tell what you are getting. I will admit I don't love the way your bag empties after an hour though!
Messed up refund. Whenever I ordered the same things at different times, returned one of them with the exact order number, but ASOS refunded me on the other order which I didn't return. The app doesn't fill in the Klarna pay in 3 details automatically.
I have purchased many things from asos now, and I'm always happy with my orders! I pay close attention to the details about sizing and fit in the description, and my clothes always fit how I wanted them to :)
One of the best Apps for online shopping. Love that the basket actually holds items for an hour. Clear, concise info & instructions. The returns process so easy. Account details always up to date re ordering. Nice one ASOS 👍
Unable to ship to Ireland. No explanation, no information as to why. Despite changing items ordered delivery was still unavailable. Pointless, overpriced garbage on sale.
Ordered a pair of boots, waited two weeks for them only to receive the INCORRECT size. Spoke to someone in customer service (I noticed the boots I ordered were low in stock and was concerned I'd miss out of receiving the size I originally ordered), only to be told I had to purchase the item AGAIN! Very disappointed!!! If someone asks for a particular product, its YOUR JOB to ensure they recieve that product. I would have expected you'd at least offer free express delivery with the correct item!
Worse app, company and customer service. Watch out guys, when I chose the express shipping that charged me $15 it said it would come in 2 business days. Now they told me it will be here a week later.
Great returns policy, good quality. I've just had a baby and am having to figure out my new shape/size/style. Asos have been great.
Love this clothing on line store its so easy to scroll down the page and pop things in your basket this app takes you back to where you left off , prices are unbelievable and they notify you when your package is ready to dispatch and keep communicating I love this app its gggrrrrreat
After spending two hours of searching and adding things to my bag, when trying to checkout, I saw that most of the things weren't shippable to my country. Then why let me see them? Why don't you ask at the beginning for confirmation of the shipment country? Awful.
Love it .Best experience I've had in years .I just wish when they say next delivery they make sure is next day delivery specially when I paid 9.99 for full year .I spend money on weekly base .
