Great app!! I love how easy it is to navigate, however the only problems are you can't see full photos of some clothes, and you can't read reviews! Could you maybe make it so we can group saves into different outfits, seasons, styles, etc??

This app stuck now it allowing u to cash out items it been week now I cnt check my order out as yet it need updated or something ,it use work great

Very upset, they sell items that are not available, then sent an email saying they might cancel your order.

So many bugs. Never lets me make a purchase because it always glitches out.

Love this app. No problems and you can find clothes for very cheap!

This app is so trash! I open the app I see nothing but woman clothing... why is it I don't have the option to view men's clothing? There's no menu or option for me to choose! Deleting this 🗑️

There is a hollister radio on the app, which isn't good music and it's difficult to stop the music playing once you've pressed play. I guess the idea was that you were listening to hollister style music as if you were in store but I doubt anyone uses it. Some products aren't on models, which puts me off buying because I don't what they look like. Even if there can't be models for some items, you at least need to show the back and front, because the images are often misleading. Also, I find it very annoying how I have to shop online to see reviews, then re-find the items on the app and buy them there. Why doesn't the app show reviews?!! Also, the descriptions need to be more specific, you need to say what size the model is wearing for each item, because lots of them don't say. Also, it would be very helpful to see the multiple average body shapes wearing an item so I can tell what size I would be, as opposed to only skinny and plus size.

Not working. Can't email or tweet for help as it says either. Links aren't working. Can't delete items from the shopping bag so can't order the things I do want. Tried everything. Now stuck with a load of stuff in my shopping bag and no way if making an order.

I've had nothing but positive experiences from H.Co and this app. Mostly everything I order turns out as expected, with the exception of a few things being a little too small/big. I've never had any trouble from this app.

I have placed an order, i pay and got accepted, the next day i receive an email that it was cancelled due to their policies.. no actual reason was given, no refund was made.. I have tried to contact support through 2 emails and yet no reply.. I have been robbed and there is no way to contact them..

Terrible user experience. Im on huavei phone and I cant delete items after I add them to the shopping cart. There is no X or delete button. So Its like once you add stuff to your bag, you are screwed. Guys you are running an online retail business here. I cant believe this is happening. You are losing sales and customers by not ensuring that your app works on every device.
